        The short version: NightBloom does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device.
    

1. Overview

NightBloom ("the App") is a dream journaling and self-discovery application developed by Elanra LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data.

NightBloom is designed with privacy at its core:

All dream entries, sleep records, and personal data are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.
No accounts or sign-ups are required to use the App.
No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are included in the App.
No cookies or similar tracking technologies are used.

3. On-Device AI Processing

NightBloom uses Apple Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence) to provide dream analysis features. This AI processing:

Runs entirely on your device.
Does not send your dream content to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Is processed using Apple's on-device machine learning framework.
Can only function on devices that support Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro and later).

4. Speech Recognition

The App offers optional voice input using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Voice data is processed according to Apple's privacy practices. We do not access, store, or transmit your voice recordings.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

Device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID protection
iOS data encryption at rest
App sandbox isolation

If you delete the App, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

6. Third-Party Services

NightBloom does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The App does not contain any third-party SDKs that collect user data.

7. Children's Privacy

NightBloom does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App does not require any personal information to function and is rated 4+ on the App Store.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. All your data remains on your device under your full control. You can delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from your device.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and complies with:

Since we do not collect personal data, the data subject rights under these regulations (access, deletion, portability) are inherently satisfied.
